Who we are

Gifts for Grands, Corporation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to spreading love and gifts of gratitude to Grandparents raising their Grandchildren living in low-income housing.

Our mission is to show appreciation and our vision is to elevate joy by providing gifts that will directly stimulate self-care. This will enhance the entire Grandfamily.

It is our aspiration to provide countless numbers of gratitude gifts to express a sincere "thank you" to the most deserving Grandparents that made a bold decision to be the primary caregiver to their Grandchildren. However, this is a huge task and I am confident that it can be done with help from our community.

What are Grandfamilies?

Grandfamilies are formed when grandparents serve as the primary caregiver for youth, raising children on their own or in conjunction with other family members. Essentially, when there are grandparents raising grandchildren, that’s a grandfamily.

Changing the Lives of Grandparents

Sadly, not every kid grows up with their biological parents. Often times the child's grandparent is required to step-in and become the primary caregiver to the child. Occasionally the grandparent is not financially or emotionally equipped to handle this duty, but they do it anyways.

Gifts for Grands Corporation is committed to serving the most deserving Grandparents, by providing them with beautiful self-care items to remind them to take some time for themselves. Quality 'me time' can easily become non-existent caring for children.

We are committed to transforming their lives because we know that it will change the entire Grandfamily that they serve.
